Once your portfolio is successfully delivered and approved by you, we immediately and permanently delete your provided assets (resumes, pictures, personal files, and kits) from our active servers. Upon completion, we will send you a final email to verify your satisfaction with the service and to explicitly confirm that your personal files have been securely erased.

Data Storage & Security While we hold your data during the project phase, we take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. We apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the professional nature of the information we handle.
